Therapy platform · With licensed clinicians

Teladoc Health

Video or phone therapy and psychiatry from licensed US clinicians, usually through an employer or health plan; self-pay visits are also offered.

Teladoc Health connects you with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist by video or phone, scheduled through its app or website. Most people get it as a benefit from an employer or health plan, which sets what you pay (often a copay); if you don't have it as a benefit you can still book and pay per visit. Psychiatry and medication are for adults; teens 13–17 can get therapy as eligible dependents with a parent present at the first visit.
