Galileo

Galileo is a virtual primary care service run through an app. Its doctors handle everyday and urgent problems, chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure, and mental health concerns including anxiety, depression and insomnia, with same- or next-day appointments and round-the-clock access. It is in network with UnitedHealthcare, including UnitedHealthcare individual and family ACA Marketplace plans that replaced Virtual First plans in 2025, and its sign-up lists Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Mexico and Molina Healthcare. With these plans a visit costs $0 to $99. People without insurance can pay a membership fee or per visit; the amounts are not published. Mental health care is part of primary care, not a separate therapy service, and specialist and lab referrals go through your insurance. There are no published studies of Galileo's service.
