Charlie Health is a step above weekly therapy: you join a virtual intensive outpatient program with about three group sessions a week plus individual and family therapy, usually for several weeks, from home by video. You start with a call to admissions, who check whether your insurance covers it; most patients use commercial insurance or Medicaid in some states, and self-pay is offered only in some states by estimate.
