Togetherall

Togetherall (formerly Big White Wall) is an online peer support community for people 16 and over. Members are anonymous and share and respond to posts, with trained clinicians called Wall Guides moderating around the clock and stepping in if someone is at risk. It also offers self-guided courses and tools. Togetherall says there is no paid individual subscription: you get access free through a funding organisation such as a university or college, employer, health authority (including NHS areas in the UK) or professional body. In the US that mostly means colleges and some employers, so many people can't join on their own. One randomized trial of Big White Wall in England (2021) found no difference from an NHS information website, but only 17% of participants completed the main follow-up, so the result was inconclusive.
