About Mantra Health
Mantra Health works with colleges and universities to offer students virtual mental health care. Students sign up with their school email; depending on what the school has turned on, they can use self-care content (one school's program is built on DBT skills: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness) and see a licensed provider after a care assessment. The school pays, so most services are free to students, but clinical sessions are capped each year and extra sessions can be self-paid. Mantra providers work with the campus counseling center, and students' health information is protected under HIPAA, according to a partner school's FAQ. We found no published study of Mantra's service.
