About Bend Health
Bend Health is a US virtual behavioral health practice for children, teens and young adults (ages 1–25 in a 2026 review). A care team of behavioral coaches, licensed therapists and psychiatric clinicians works with the young person and their caregivers by video, and caregivers report symptoms every month so the team can adjust care (measurement-based care). It treats anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavior problems and related concerns, and a 2026 review also lists a virtual intensive outpatient program. Bend says self-pay, insurers and employer partners extend access to all 50 states and DC, though therapy availability varies by location. Self-pay is $199.99 a month for coaching (not covered by insurance), $399.99 with therapy, and $549.99 with medication management. Bend's own researchers have published uncontrolled studies of its members, including one of 114 children and teens in which about 73% had improved anxiety or depression scores.
