About Inflow
Inflow is an app for adults with ADHD built on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) principles. Each day you work through short modules and exercises on topics such as focus, procrastination, time management and emotions, and you can join a community of other adults with ADHD; higher plans add coaching. It does not diagnose ADHD or prescribe medication. After a 7-day free trial, Inflow's FAQ lists $199/year or $47.99/month; cheaper plans without coaching have been reported in the App Store, so check the price in the app. Two studies of the app have been published, both with authors tied to the company: a 2022 open study of 240 adults found it usable and most 7-week users reported fewer symptoms, and a 2025 randomized trial of 154 adults found greater improvement in inattentive and hyperactive-impulsive symptoms and quality of life than a waitlist, but not in daily functioning. Its privacy policy says it uses cookies and tracking for targeted advertising (you can opt out in the app). Cerebral, an online mental health company, bought Inflow in March 2026; the two run as separate platforms for now.
