The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) is the leading peer-directed national organization focusing on depression and bipolar disorder. DBSA provides hope, help, support, and education to improve the lives of people who have mood disorders.

Support Groups

DBSA offers hundreds of peer-led support groups across the United States and online. These groups provide a safe, confidential environment where people can share experiences, coping skills, and information. Support groups are free and open to anyone living with depression or bipolar disorder, as well as their family and friends.

How to Find a Group

Visit dbsalliance.org and use the chapter locator to find in-person groups near you, or join online groups through their website. No registration or diagnosis required - all are welcome.
