Accolade Mental Health

Virtual therapy, coaching and help finding psychiatry, offered as an employer or health plan benefit by Accolade (now Transcarent).

Available with limits.

Only through employers and health plans that contract with Accolade. Acquired by Transcarent in April 2025; the Accolade brand continues.

Checked 2026-10-26 · fiercehealthcare.com, slocounty.ca.gov

You can use Accolade only if your employer or health plan offers it; you start at member.accolade.com or by calling the number in your benefits materials. A care team can set you up with virtual therapy or coaching, or help you find an in-network psychiatrist. Many employers waive the cost, but check your own plan.
