Mechanism

The ANOS Family Approach works by addressing maladaptive communication patterns, clarifying roles, and fostering healthier relational dynamics within families. Through guided discussions, psychoeducation, and structured problem-solving, families learn to reduce conflict and support the adolescent's development.

Protocol

Preparation

Initial assessment of family dynamics and adolescent concerns.

Procedure

  1. Establish therapeutic alliance with family and adolescent.
  2. Conduct sessions with family members to identify goals and challenges.
