Klara is the AI assistant at the heart of Klarify, a Y Combinator Spring 2026 startup building an AI-native operating system for therapists. Klara handles clinical notes in 20+ formats (SOAP, EMDR, CBT, DAP, BIRP), generates treatment plans and clinical letters, prepares insurance claims, develops between-session client resources, and produces visual session mindmaps to identify patterns across care. Supporting 104 languages, Klara is designed to handle administrative work so therapists can focus on clinical care. At launch, Klarify serves 8,300+ therapists across five countries. The platform is HIPAA, PHIPA, Quebec Law 25, and UK GDPR compliant, and is contractually bound not to train AI on clinical data.
