Ensai is Ensora Health's AI assistant available to over 200,000 providers across five therapy disciplines: mental health, behavioral health, speech-language pathology, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. Launched in July 2026, Ensai includes Session Assistant for recording sessions and drafting visit notes, AI Case Summaries for compiling client documentation history, and free chat support. The AI lives natively inside TheraNest and Fusion EHRs with nothing to install or bolt on. Session recordings are deleted within 24 hours, and client data never trains the AI. Ensora's research found 81% of counselors report burnout and want tools that ease workload while protecting the therapeutic relationship.
