Asian Mental Health Collective

The Asian Mental Health Collective (AMHC) is a nonprofit community organisation, not a therapy provider. Its free directory lists Asian therapists in the US and Canada and can be filtered by country, state, insurance or private pay, treatment focus, ethnicity, language and gender. AMHC says it attempts to verify each therapist's licence when they are listed; therapists must be able to practise in the state or province where you live. Therapy is arranged and paid directly with the therapist you choose, through your insurance or out of pocket, at their own rates. Separately, AMHC runs a Therapy Fund that offers accepted applicants 16 free sessions over 6 months with an Asian therapist; applications open once a year for people not previously accepted.
