TimelyCare, run by Timely Telehealth, provides virtual care to students through contracts with colleges (and some K-12 programs). Depending on what the school buys, students can book scheduled counseling with a licensed counselor, use TalkNow for on-demand emotional support at any hour, see a medical provider on demand or by appointment, and join workshops and an anonymous peer community; the App Store listing also lists psychiatric care, health and success coaching and basic-needs help. Students sign up with their school email in the app or on the web, and school pages describe the services as free to enrolled students. Students under 18 register by phone with a parent or guardian. TimelyCare's privacy disclosures say that data from its general website is sold or shared with third-party marketers and analytics providers, while app data is listed as not sold; medical information falls under a separate HIPAA notice.
