About NOCD
NOCD is a US online therapy service that specialises in obsessive-compulsive disorder. You are matched with a licensed therapist in your state who is trained in exposure and response prevention (ERP) and meet by live video, with messaging, 24/7 self-help tools, a community and weekly support groups in the app between sessions. NOCD is in network with more than 40 insurers, including UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna and many Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, and says most in-network members pay $50 or less per session; self-pay is $120 to $240 per session depending on length, with an interest-free $95-a-week payment plan. Published outcome data come from NOCD-funded observational studies of its own patients: in 3,552 adults, OCD symptom scores fell by an average of 43% over treatment, and a 2025 study reported similar results in children and adolescents. There is no randomized trial of NOCD. The website uses Meta and Google advertising cookies; therapy records are covered by HIPAA.
