Medito

Medito is a meditation app run by the Medito Foundation, a Dutch nonprofit. Everything in it is free: guided meditations, beginner courses, sleep stories and sounds, breathing exercises and a timer, and you can use it without creating an account. It is funded by donations. Its privacy policy says it does not sell personal information, but by default the app includes Meta's SDK, which can send your device's advertising identifier to Meta to measure Medito's own ad campaigns, plus Google Firebase analytics; you can switch these off in the app's privacy settings. There is no published study of the Medito app itself.
