About Manatee
Manatee offers virtual family care for children and teens: after a free 20-minute consult, families are matched with licensed therapists and parent coaches and follow a 6-week care plan with weekly sessions, according to its App Store listing. The free Manatee app for parents and adolescents includes goals and rewards, a mindfulness chatbot, expert-led courses and family connection activities, and can be used on its own. Therapy is offered only in the US states where its clinicians are licensed, and Manatee accepts some insurance plans; check coverage and self-pay rates at the consult. We found no published study of Manatee's program.
