About HealthTap
HealthTap is a US virtual primary care service. Its mental health care is given by family and internal medicine doctors, who can treat mild anxiety, mild depression and mild OCD, as well as stress, grief, sleep problems and mood changes around periods, pregnancy or menopause, including medication where appropriate. The doctors do not provide talk therapy and do not prescribe controlled drugs; they do not treat ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, addiction or anyone under 18. You can pay $129 per visit, or join for $55 every three months (or $180 a year) and pay $44 per primary care visit with unlimited messaging; with insurance you pay your plan's copay, and Medicare is accepted. HealthTap's privacy statement says it does not sell personal data to advertisers but lets advertising partners use cookies to track activity across services. There are no published studies of HealthTap's mental health care.
