You start with a free consultation, and Bright Heart checks your insurance; care then happens by video on your phone or computer. For eating disorders there are intensive outpatient (about 11 hours a week), outpatient and support-group levels; for opioid use you see a physician weekly or every two weeks for buprenorphine (Suboxone) plus counseling. It takes many insurance plans, Medicare and some Medicaid, with a sliding scale for self-pay.
