SonderMind is a mental health platform that connects therapists with clients while handling insurance credentialing, billing, and practice management. The platform is completely free for providers to join—therapists sign on as independent contractors and receive bi-weekly payouts with same-day payment options available. SonderMind offers premium in-network reimbursement rates and helps therapists get credentialed with major insurers including Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. The platform also accepts HSA, FSA, EAP, Medicare, and Medicare Advantage. Notably, SonderMind is an in-network VA provider where the VA covers 100% of costs for veterans with a valid referral. SonderMind also provides continuing education resources and a built-in provider directory for client matching.
