Thrizer is an out-of-network billing platform designed for private-pay therapists who want to help clients access their OON benefits without the hassle of superbills. When clients pay through Thrizer, claims are submitted automatically and Thrizer fronts the expected reimbursement—so after meeting their deductible, clients pay only a copay-like amount while therapists still receive their full rate upfront. The platform is free for therapists (3% processing fee) with client fees of $1.50/claim + 1% of reimbursement upon payout. Thrizer includes a free instant OON benefits calculator, handles claim resubmissions and denials end-to-end, and manages deductible tracking. Support is email-only currently with no EHR integrations available yet.
