EndeavorRx is the first FDA-approved prescription treatment delivered through a video game, designed for children ages 8-17 with inattentive or combined-type ADHD. Created by world-class neuroscientists and award-winning game designers, the digital therapeutic uses sensory stimuli and motor challenges to target brain areas key to attention function. Kids are challenged to multitask and ignore distractions by navigating courses, collecting targets, and avoiding obstacles. The treatment protocol involves 25 minutes of play per day, 5 days a week, for 4 weeks. In clinical trials with over 600 children, roughly half of parents reported clinically meaningful improvement in their child's daily impairments after one month.
