Charlie Health is a virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) and partial hospitalization program (PHP) provider focused on adolescents and young adults aged 11-30 with serious mental health conditions. The platform offers evidence-based treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal ideation, self-harm, eating disorders, and substance use through a combination of individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions. Sessions are conducted virtually, allowing patients to receive intensive treatment while maintaining their daily routines. Charlie Health accepts most major insurance plans and is designed as a step-down option for patients transitioning from inpatient care or as a higher-intensity alternative to traditional weekly outpatient therapy.
