You can use RethinkCare only if your employer offers it as a benefit; ask HR or your benefits team. It gives working parents and caregivers online courses and video skills training, and with some employers one-on-one expert support. It is not a way to get ABA therapy for your child; for that you need an ABA provider through your insurance.
