Clinicians treat substance use disorder, mainly opioid use disorder, with FDA-approved medications such as buprenorphine (Suboxone, Zubsolv, Sublocade, Brixadi), along with counseling and drug testing. The company says it aims to see new patients within 24 hours or the same day; first visits are generally in person, and established patients can use video visits. It accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most commercial insurance and says it offers affordable payment for people without insurance, but it does not publish a self-pay price. It publishes its own annual patient-outcomes reports; no peer-reviewed study of its program was found.
