Description
Enuresis is characterized by repeated voiding of urine into bed or clothes, whether involuntary or intentional, occurring at least twice a week for at least three consecutive months or causing clinically significant distress or impairment. The child must be at least 5 years old (or have an equivalent developmental level). Enuresis may occur during sleep (nocturnal), waking hours (diurnal), or both.
