Better Outcomes Now is the official web-based platform for implementing PCOMS (Partners for Change Outcome Management System), the feedback-informed treatment approach developed by Barry Duncan, PsyD and colleagues. The platform administers the Outcome Rating Scale (ORS) and Session Rating Scale (SRS) - the most widely used feedback measures globally with translations in over 25 languages. PCOMS is designated as an evidence-based practice by SAMHSA's National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices (NREPP). The platform supports individual, couple, family, and group therapy with appropriate ORS/SRS versions for each modality. Better Outcomes Now provides real-time feedback graphs, predicted treatment trajectories, alerts for at-risk clients, and aggregate outcome reports.
